Edit multiple creatives

When you want to change the landing page, asset, or other settings for more than one creative, you can select creatives of the same type and bulk edit them. When you make a bulk edit, you don't have to edit creatives one at a time.

  1. Open your advertiser in Display & Video 360.
  2. In the left menu, select Creativeand thenCreatives.
  3. Select the creatives you want to edit. Make sure to select only creatives with the same format, otherwise the edit option is disabled.
  4. Select Actionsand thenEdit. An edit window appears with the list of creatives you selected.
  5. Select the creatives you want to edit.
  6. Select Edit, then choose what you'd like to edit in bulk. For example, "Landing page URL". You can find which creative details you can edit for each format below.
    • If the selected creatives have different values for the creative detail, you'll find "<mixed values>".
    • If they have the same values, you'll find the actual value.
    • If you're editing assets, the existing filename isn't listed in the panel. Instead, refer to the list of creatives.
  7. In the panel that opens, enter the value you want for that creative detail for all the creatives you selected.
  8. Select Apply. The panel closes and you can preview your changes in the list of creatives you're editing. The creative details that you've updated are in bold. If you make a mistake, you can edit and apply changes again or select Cancel to go back to your advertiser's list of creatives.
  9. (Optional) Repeat these steps to edit other creative details.
  10. Select Save. Your changes are saved across all of the selected creatives. Saving can take about 10 seconds per creative. If you're editing a lot of creatives, it might take a few minutes. Keep the window open to avoid losing your changes. After the changes are saved, you're taken back to your advertiser's list of creatives.
