As a security measure, some activities in Classroom have limits depending on the type of account that you have.

The value of these limits can change without notice to protect Google's infrastructure.

Important:
- You can invite more than 50 teachers, but only 50 teachers can join the class.
- For "Classes you can join," archived classes also count against limits.
Groups limits
Classroom uses Google Groups for all students and teachers with a Google Workspace for Education account.
- Each person can only be in a certain number of groups.
- If you invite a group to join a class as co-teachers, the group must have 10 or fewer members.
For details, see Understand Groups policies and limits.
