If your Google Fiber service has been suspended for non-payment, we'll reactivate your service when we receive your payment for the full balance you owe, as well as a valid payment method for future charges.
Please be aware that it may take up to 30 minutes from the time you pay your bill for services to be reactivated. If not, please powercycle your Fiber Jack using these instructions.
To reinstate suspended service, you'll be charged a reconnect fee that'll appear on your upcoming statement.
One way to pay your outstanding balance is to update your payment method. Updating your payment method triggers an automatic charge on the new card for the full balance you owe. If the payment is successful, your account will be in good standing and your service will be reinstated.
- Credit card. If your only payment method was a credit card on which you had reached your credit limit but you have since paid down the balance, please remove that credit card from your account. Then, try adding that credit card back to your account as your form of payment.
- Prepaid debit card. Likewise, if your payment method was a prepaid debit card which hadn't been funded sufficiently but you've since added funds to that card, remove that debit card as a form of payment method and then add it back to your account to automatically trigger the payment.
- Bank account. Due to processing times, it can take 2-3 days to confirm a successful payment. As a result, services will not be restored until this confirmation is received. We recommend paying with a credit or debit card for faster service.
Customers with an outstanding balance cannot:
-
Change service (upgrade, downgrade, or cancel)
-
Transfer the account to another user
You must pay the full outstanding balance to have your service reinstated. Partial payments will not be accepted. Your next bill will reflect a credit for any days on which you had no service due to suspension.
