Step 2: Replace your Fitbit Ace LTE
For issues you cannot fix or for lost or damaged watches or watch parts, review your Fitbit Ace LTE warranty using the Hardware Warranty Center to check the options available for requesting a replacement.1
- Find your Fitbit Ace LTE serial number.
- Pick your support option:
- Preferred Care: If you purchased Preferred Care, you can make a claim by talking with us. Learn how to make a claim.
- Under warranty: If your Fitbit Ace LTE is under warranty and your claim is covered, you can get your Fitbit Ace LTE replaced by talking to us.
- Out of warranty: If your Fitbit Ace LTE is out of warranty or your claim isn't covered, you may be able to purchase a replacement for your device at a discounted price (without the charging cable and the band).
