Replace your lost or damaged Google Pixel Buds

If you accidentally lose or damage a part of your Pixel Buds bundle, you may be able to purchase a replacement right or left earbud, charging case or ear tips.1

Replace your Pixel Buds

Once you receive your replacement part (left/right bud or charging case), reset your Pixel Buds and set them up again.

Important notes:

  • Applicable replacement parts may be available for Pixel Buds Pro, Pixel Buds Pro 2and Pixel Buds A-Series.
  • Case replacements are unavailable for Pixel Buds A-Series.
  • Accidental damage (such as water or personal damage) is not covered under warranty.
  • If your Pixel Buds are defective or malfunction after you have attempted all of the troubleshooting steps, you may be able to file a warranty claim to get a replacement from Google. Use the interactive warranty checker to check your warranty coverage and contact support.
