Connect your Pixel Buds to Find My Device

During set up

When you pair your Pixel Buds Pro 2 for the first time to your device, you can add your Buds to Google’s Find My Device network. Ensure that your location settings are enabled.

Set up from your Settings or Pixel Buds app

If you didn’t connect your Pixel Buds Pro 2 to the Find My Device app, you can turn it on from your settings or Pixel Buds app.

  • On a Pixel phone with Android 10+: Go to Settings and then Connected devices and then tap Settings  by your paired Pixel Buds name.
  • On other Android devices: Open the Google Pixel Buds app Pixel Buds and then tap Find device and then select Find when disconnected. Follow the on screen instructions to add your Buds to Android's Find my Device network.
  • From Pixel Buds app: Open the Pixel Buds app Pixel Buds and then  tap Find device and then select Find when disconnected.

Find my earbuds or charging case

You can easily locate your earbuds and charging case using the Find My Device app

If the earbuds are outside their charging case, you will also have the option to select the desired earbud or case that you want to find.

After selecting the piece, you can tap Play sound to trigger a loud chime that can help you easily find them.

You can also check the location of your case and earbuds on the map.
