The Google Assistant can help you relax before bed and understand how you spend time on your device. You can also manage digital distraction through the Settings app.
Limit interruptions with Google Assistant
To silence calls and notifications, ask Google Assistant to turn on Do Not Disturb.
- You can control Do Not Disturb on a device connected to your Google Account.
- You can control Do Not Disturb on speakers, Smart Displays, and Smart Clocks connected to your Google Account and on the same Wi-Fi network.
To control Do Not Disturb on other devices with Google Assistant, you must use Google Assistant in English (US) and turn on Voice Match.
Tip: When you turn on Do Not Disturb for speakers, Smart Displays, and Smart Clocks, you can't broadcast voice messages to those devices or receive Duo calls on your Smart Display.
This feature doesn’t work on iPhones or iPads.
