There is a planned HDFC Bank system upgrade scheduled for July 13th between 3 AM to 4:30 PM. Due to this upgrade, some services may be unavailable, and you may not be able to make transactions using your bank account. If you are contacting us about a transaction made on July 13th that has not yet been credited to your account, please note there could be a delay due to the planned maintenance. We request that you wait for three business days from the time you initiated the payment. For real-time updates on transaction status, please keep an eye on your transaction details page in the GPay app.
