To stop getting emails with updates about your rules: you can change the email settings for that particular rule, pause the rule, or remove it. If your rule is notify-only , then you must pause it to stop receiving emails from that rule.
Change the email setting for a rule
- Sign in to your Search Ads 360 experience.
- From the page menu, under “Tools & settings”, click Bulk actions.
- Click Rules.
- In the "Actions" column, click Edit to change the rule that you want to update.
- Expand the "Email results" section, and then choose how often you'd like to receive emails about your rule.
To stop receiving emails completely, select No emails. - Click Save rule.
Pause or remove a rule with email notifications
- Sign in to your Search Ads 360 experience.
- From the page menu, under “Tools & settings”, click Bulk actions.
- Click Rules.
- Click the arrow next to the status icon for any rule, and select Pause or Remove from the drop-down menu.
To simultaneously change the status of multiple rules, select the check box next to the rules that you want to change. Click Edit, and then select the status.
