Displays how a bid strategy's actual cost compares to its optimal cost within the report's date range. This is calculated as actual cost / optimal cost.
For example:

A value of 100% indicates that your actual cost was exactly on target with your bid strategy.

A value less than 100% indicates that the bid strategy is over-performing.

A value greater than 100% indicates that the bid strategy is under-performing.

You can use this column in a formula column by specifying the Bid_strategy_percent_of_optimal_cost
variable.

Do one of the following:

Navigate to an advertiser. Then in the left navigation panel, click Bid strategies.

Navigate to an advertiser or lower scope. Then click the Keywords tab.

Navigate to a Shopping campaign or an ad group in a Shopping campaign. Then click the Targets▼ tab and click Product groups.

Above the performance summary graph, click the Columns button.

In the Search for columns box, type the column name.

Click + next to the column name to add the column to the Selected columns list.

Click Apply.
