You can view metrics for dynamic search ads by campaign or dynamic ad group.
Report on all dynamic search ads in a campaign
- Navigate to a Google Ads campaign that contains dynamic search ads.
Steps for navigating to a campaign

In the left navigation panel, click All accounts.
What if the left navigation pane isn't visible? -
Click the navigation bar to display navigation options.

In the "Agency" list, click on the agency that contains the advertiser. You can search for an agency by name or scroll through the list.

In the "Advertiser" list, click on the advertiser that contains the engine account.
- In the "Account" list, click on the engine account that contains the campaign.

In the "Campaign" list, click on the campaign.

Click Apply or press the Enter key.
Search Ads 360 displays the campaign page.

- Click the Ads tab.
- Filter the tab so it contains only metrics for dynamic search ads:
- Click the Filter button, which appears above the performance summary graph.
- From the + Attribute or metric list, select Ad type.
- Select the Dynamic search checkbox and unselect the other checkboxes.
- Click Apply filters.
- To see how dynamic targets contributed to the performance of each ad:
- Click the Segment button, which appears above the performance summary graph.
- From the + Segment list, select Dynamic ad target.
- Click Apply.
The reporting table adds the Dynamic search ad target column. Below each ad, the table adds a row for each dynamic target that contributed to the ad's metrics.Dynamic targets that are not attributed with metrics do not appear in the table.
- By default, the reporting table displays engine metrics, such as clicks and impressions.
To view metrics about Floodlight conversions that are attributed to the ad, from the View menu above the performance summary graph, select Actions or Sales. - To download the report for offline analysis, click the download icon , which appears above the reporting table.
If your dynamic search ads aren't generating impressions, verify your dynamic search ads are set up correctly.
To see if a bid strategy is setting the max CPC, add the Bid strategy column to the report.

Filter the report to include only dynamic ad groups.
The Ad group type column displays either Dynamic or Standard. The Ad group type may be unknown, indicated by dashes (---), if the account hasn't been synced recently or in accounts other than Google Ads.- Click the Filter button.
- Click the +Attribute or metric arrow to display the list, and then click Ad group type.
- Clear the check boxes for the other types of ad groups and then click Apply Filters.

Click a dynamic ad group name to open the ad group.
The Positive Keywords tab is empty because positive keywords aren't supported in dynamic ad groups.
- Click the Ads tab.
The tab lists the dynamic search ads that you've created, including the placeholder headline text.
