Adjust bids for Google Ads location targets with a Search Ads 360 bid strategy

View and apply the Search Ads 360 bid strategy's recommended adjustment

Google Ads location-target bid adjustments

You can view and apply recommendations for location-target bid adjustments from one of these locations:

  • From a specific Search Ads 360 bid strategy: you'll see only the location targets in campaigns that are managed by the bid strategy.

  • From an engine account's Targets: Location targets tab: you can see and compare all location targets in an engine account, even those that aren't managed by a bid strategy.

Either way, you might want to view the bid strategy’s recommendation on a regular basis (such as daily or weekly). Depending on how the portfolio of biddable items performs over time, the bid strategy might change the recommendation periodically.

  4. To apply the recommendation, enter the suggested amount in the Bid adjustment % column and click Save.
