Understand and fix issues with packages that are returned to the warehouse because delivery carriers can’t deliver them.
Packages are returned to the warehouse when:
- You refuse a delivery.
- Nobody is present to sign for a delivery that needs a signature.
- Your shipping address is incorrect or incomplete.
- You request the package to be held for pickup at a delivery carrier location but you don’t pick it up in time.
- Your cancellation request was processed after the package was shipped.
If you get an email that says your package was returned to our warehouse, contact Google Store Support. You’ll get a refund that includes shipping fees and tax. Learn more about why Google canceled your order.
