If the trade-in device's post-inspection value matches the estimated trade-in value:

You'll receive a credit to the form of payment used for your new device purchase.

Credit card refunds may take up to 45–60 business days to apply to your card.

If the trade-in value credit exceeds the cost of your new Pixel device, excluding VAT, the excess amount is provided as Google Store credit.

Store credits earned through trade-in expire after 6 months.

If the trade-in device's post-inspection value is lower than the estimated trade-in value:

A credit equivalent to the value of the device is issued.

PCS Wireless will return your device if the post-inspection value isn’t at least 75% of the estimated trade-in value and you won’t receive a credit.

- If the purchased device is returned:
- The post-inspection value of the trade-in is issued in the form of Store Credit.
