Troubleshoot problems with only one app
Try these steps if you have problems when you try to download a specific app.
Check if the app’s available for your device- Open the Google Play Store app .
- Find and tap the app you want to download.
- On the app’s page, it says whether the app's available for your device.
- If it’s not available, you can’t download it.
- Open the Google Play Store app .
- At the top right, tap the Profile icon.
- Tap Manage apps & device Manage.
- Tap the name of the app you want to delete Uninstall.
- To reinstall it, tap Install or Enable.

To uninstall Google Play Store app updates:
- On your device's home or app screen, find the Google Play Store app.
- Touch and hold the Google Play Store app .
- Tap App info.
- At the top right, tap More Uninstall updates.
