Troubleshoot your checkout link issues

To ensure success and to provide a good experience for potential customers, issues observed with the checkout URL you have provided are highlighted in the Store Quality program.

The table below details the messages you may find along with descriptions of common issues and further guidance on how to fix them.

Message on the Shopping Experience Scorecard Issue Issue Description How to fix
Fix your checkout URLs to help convert checkout-ready traffic and improve sales Invalid checkout URLs The checkout links for some of your products are broken. Learn more
Mismatched checkout URL domains The URL domains of the product pages you provided don’t match your checkout URL domains. Learn more
Incorrect landing page for checkout Your checkout URLs don’t go to your checkout or cart. Learn more
Fix inconsistencies on your cart or checkout to help convert checkout-ready traffic and improve sales The data you provided for some of your products doesn’t match the information on your cart or checkout page, such as, price, title, availability, and others. This will add to shopper purchase friction. Make sure the data you provide for products matches the information on your cart or checkout landing page.
Note: Checkout links will still show on products flagged for data inconsistencies.
